Nicholas Platt

Nick has been actively working within financial services for over 20 years having studied economics at The University of Birmingham. Nick is highly qualified with advanced certificates in tax, pensions and investments and is qualified as both Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Chartered Financial Planner. Less than 1% of the adviser community currently hold both of these qualifications.

Away from work Nick is married with two children whose sporting and social activities absorb most of Nick's free time but where possible Nick enjoys open water swimming, running and watching most sports including his beloved Walsall Football Club.

Married to Vicki who works with me at Henwood Court and two Daughters, Olivia who is 18 and at University and Georgia who is 15 and doing her GCSEs. Fortunately, our Poodle Rupert is male to give me some balance at home.

When did I last cry?
Emotionally I am pretty hard, but age must be softening me. I last had a tear in my eye at a client meeting when a long term and higher personal goal was achieved
