Our existing clients will be aware that we have recently moved offices, moving to a Grade II* listed building in Walmley, Sutton Coldfield.

The move has positioned the company into a more suitable location, providing more office space, convenient parking and is situated within close proximity to the motorway network. The name has generated a few witty comments but we can assure clients it is Cruck by name but not by nature!!

The FSA’s Retail Distribution Review is pressing ahead which will require all firms of Independent Financial Advisers to change the way they do business. In particular there will be a new raised level of qualifications.

Henwood Court already meets this level, but staff are continuing to study for further qualifications with adviser Nick Platt recently passing his Chartered Insurance Institute Investment Advanced Planning Certificate, and Katherine Woolley obtaining her Certificate in Financial Planning.

All members of staff continue to study as part of their development plans, and we hope to tell you about further passes in the future!

Our chosen charity for 2010 is Macmillan Cancer Support. We will, therefore, be supporting various events together with donating £50 from every referral made by existing clients. We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to clients who have supported us to date with both donations and referrals.
